Ordering
To order a book click on the order icon at the bottom of the book information page. If you would like to order a book which is not on our database, please send us all the information you have, either by email or using the COMMENTS section on the order page and we will be in touch with you.
Payment
We accept payment in two forms; by credit card (VISA or Mastercard) or by POUND STERLING cheque made payable to Willow Books. Customers paying by credit card can send their payment details via the order form or fax them to us on +44 (0)1209 822321. Customers paying by cheque should print out a copy of the order form, fill in the details, attach payment (POUNDS STERLING ONLY PLEASE) and send it to us at :

Postage
This depends on how heavy your parcel is, where it is going and the speed with which you would like it. We pride ourselves on offering an individual service for each of our customers. Therefore, for exact postage rates please email us with your order equirements and we will pack and weigh your parcel and let you know rates.
As a general rule, mainland UK parcels cost either £2.50 for up to 2 books, and £5.00 3 books and over; lapel badges & stickers cost £0.30 and for books costing under £3.00 each postage is approximately £1.00. Surface mail anywhere is approximately 20% of invoice value and airmail prices are always on request.
